Magnificent Proteins is a startup working on a promising concept that will contribute to the protein transition. This is a solution to the increasing demand for products based on plant ingredients instead of animal ingredients. The ultimate goal is for Magnificent Proteins to be the party called upon where animal ingredients need to be replaced with plant-based ones. The initial goal is to establish the first factory in Emmen (NL) to produce a high-quality protein product from cultivated field beans from the Netherlands.
