We are excited to launch the Short Food Supply Chain Edition of the Green Business Challenge, live at the Promotiedagen together with Gemeente Groningen!
This time, we’re bringing innovation straight into the heart of one of the region’s biggest networking events. For two days, changemakers will work side by side on real challenges from real companies, with one mission: to develop Broodje Grunn. A local, sustainable sandwich concept that puts short food supply chains on the map. In Ocotber the sandwich will be developed in a 3-day hackathon and in this second edition the rest of the concept will be developed. What are the best local ingredients, where should it be sold etc.
Two-day hackathon @ Promotiedagen
Expect a buzzing atmosphere full of fresh ideas, bold experiments, and unexpected insights. Over 50 changemakers, from business students to creative designers and future food innovators, will co-create new concepts that show how local ingredients and circular food systems can shape the future of what we eat.
